Italian women's entrepreneurship funds

Positive news self-employed women absolutely needed. The launch of the Women's Enterprise Fund came along with several new grants and financing for women's entrepreneurship.

During the first half of October 2021, in fact, the €3 million venture capital fund was introduced to support venture capital investments in female entrepreneurship projects with high technological innovation.

The 2021 maneuver also refinanced by 15 million euros the "Women in the Field" initiative for zero-interest loans of up to 300,000 euros in incentives for women in agriculture.

Another new feature is the Gender Equal Pay Support Fund, which has a budget of 2 million euros annually from 2022. The latter was closely accompanied by the Equal Pay Act, which was passed by both chambers in just 15 days.

The New Zero-Interest Businesses call, on the other hand, while not specifically part of the grants for women entrepreneurs, can still be of interest to women who want to start a business. Indeed, the call in question places no age limit on female entrepreneurs applying for the funds.
